This stone whirpool (locally called Gardow Bardinah) is located on the south side of Takhti Square in Khoram- Abad. The round structure consists of a thick wall built cylindrically around a seasonal spring. The structure is 18 meters in diameter. The walls are 3 meters wide and 10 meters deep. There is a hatchway, measuring 160 by 90 centimeters, in its wall designed to conduct and distribute drinking water throughout Shapoorkhast, irrigate the land, and power mills. Its building materials are stones and mortar (lime and gypsum), similar to materials found in the structures of Shapoori Bridge and the ruins of Shapoorkhast. This structure is listed as a national monument under the number 1274.
